Please read the T&Cs carefully before purchasing; by purchasing with Minnieco Ltd, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website, and by accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you are not permitted to use or access this website. These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You are welcome to print or store these terms for your records.

Minnieco Ltd using the trading style Minnieco and / or Minnieco Nail & Beauty Academy own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Minnieco Ltd website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than under the copyright notice which forms part of these terms and conditions. Occasionally this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Please check your order carefully before checkout, as orders cannot be amended once the order is confirmed. We cannot amend any errors once an order is confirmed. Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.


Minnieco Offers & Promotions 

Minnieco Ltd may offer Promo Codes and site wide offers that can be applied to specified products at checkout. Please remember: 

  • Promo Codes come with unique terms, specified at issuance (e.g., products eligible, single/multiple use). 

  • Promo Codes cannot be used multiple times on the Minnieco Ltd website unless otherwise stated.  

  • Promo Codes cannot be stacked, so only one code can be applied at checkout at a time, this includes codes applied to redeem loyalty points to pay for your order.  

  • If provided a unique code (e.g., a welcome Promo Code), keep it private. Sharing it or using it improperly (e.g., on social media) may result in cancellation or suspension of the code or even your account. 

  • Promo Codes may be cancelled, modified, or suspended in case of fraud, misuse, technical issues, or other reasons affecting the code's integrity. 

  • Promo codes may not be applied to already discounted items on site unless otherwise stated.  

Discounts may be automated based on your shopping and browsing history (not personal characteristics). More details on automated decision-making are in our Privacy Policy. 

Some offers are applied on products which include discounts, money off or gift with purchase. All offers including promotional codes may be available for a limited time only, subject to change without prior notice and whilst stocks last.  

All goods purchased or gifted for free during any promotion are not returnable unless faulty.  

Age & Professional Use Disclaimer
Our gel products, including Gel Polish and Builder Gel Products, are intended for use by professional nail technicians aged 16 and over. These products are not recommended for individuals under 16. Please ensure you are appropriately insured and qualified before use.

Warning: Improper use of professional nail products may lead to adverse reactions or damage to the natural nail. Always follow application guidelines and safety instructions. Misuse may void insurance coverage and result in unintended outcomes.

Liability Notice: Minnieco Ltd is not responsible for any misuse of our products or incorrect application. Users are solely responsible for ensuring proper use in accordance with professional standards and safety guidelines.

Adding to your order

Our fulfilment and shipping processes are automated, and as such, we are unable to add additional items or make changes to existing orders.

Prices

Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If there is an error or inaccuracy with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price or to cancel the order altogether. Prices are displayed in GBP.

VAT Free explained

Minnieco Ltd is not currently VAT registered and therefor all prices are VAT Free. In the future this could change and we will communicate any changes at the time, providing an update to our terms and conditions when relevant.

Payment

We can not accept any payments over £4999 Via PayPal, Debit or Credit Card. These payments will have to be made by BACS transfer. Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Minnieco Ltd, using the trading style Minnieco or Minnieco Nail & Beauty Academy. Minnieco Ltd must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. By purchasing these products from our site, you confirm that they're for professional use.

Gift Cards

To buy a gift card for someone you do not need to have an account with Minnieco Ltd. but to redeem a gift card you must first open an account and provide us with your gel polish (or other if required) qualification(s).

Delivery charges

£4.99 plus VAT is the standard delivery charge for most parts of mainland UK. The Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands and certain areas of the UK may vary according to the size and weight of the parcel. Special delivery charges will be quoted on request. This excludes any large or heavy items.

Express shipping is £6.99. Express delivery due date will be displayed at checkout when selecting this option. Available in England, Wales and Scotland only. Express delivery orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Orders need to be placed before 14:00 BST to guarantee express delivery. During busy periods Express Shipping may not be available as an option at checkout. If you opt with our delivery partner for your order to be left in a safe space or with a neighbour, please note you are then liable for any damages or theft that may consequentially occur.

Customs for overseas orders

We DO NOT currently offer overseas shipping. If this changes in the future, we will update our T&C's at that point.

Processing time

Once an order is placed, you will be advised on an estimated dispatch date. Please allow 3-5 working days for standard shipping and 1-2 days for express shipping. We try to keep our inventory status as current as possible, but in some cases, we may be out of stock of your item. If that is the case, we will issue you with a refund. If your item has been shipped it will say this on your order status, along with your tracking number for the shipment which you can track via our courier, who's details you will receive at the point of order confirmation and / or dispatch.

*Please note our delivery times will vary as our UK warehouse is closed over the Easter Bank Holidays and Christmas Bank Holidays.

Transit time

Domestic UK mainland shipments are all one price.

Sale items

All goods purchased during any promotions are not returnable unless faulty.

Discount Codes & Vouchers

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and cannot be applied to sale items. We may withdraw or amend any offers at any point without notice.

Returns & Cancellations

We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard, but if there is ever a need to return an item, we do accept returns. Items must not have been opened or used. The packaging of non-nail gel products must be undamaged. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded on any refunds or exchanges. We must be notified of any damages and claims within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Part return of items sold as sets, kits or collections will not be accepted.

Once your order has been collected from us by our courier, you will not be able to cancel your order unless faulty. Any authorised refunds will be in the form of a Credit Note, unless we review the situation and decide otherwise. If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing using the following model cancellation form;

  • Any items returned must be within 14 days of receipt.

We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. This is not a requirement of law but rather a courtesy request. Items marked as being reduced will be exempt from the returns policy.

Returning Custom Items

Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being is if they are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of Minnieco Limited. In this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.

Colour Representation

Every effort is made to ensure that all our product imagery is as accurate as possible. Due to colour/resolution settings on electronic devices, the colour representation may differ slightly from the physical product.

Professional Use Only

Minnieco Limited products are designated as professional products where stated. Customers must be professional nail technicians to purchase and use these products.

Declaration of Professional Training

When making a first purchase, customers will be prompted to declare that they are professionally trained to use Minnieco Limited Gel polish treatments for clients safely. By making this declaration, you legally confirm that you are a professional nail technician. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we believe orders are placed in violation of these terms.

Uploading Proof of Qualification

Customers must upload their certificate and/or insurance documents as proof of their professional training. If you are training to become a professional nail technician, you agree to upload your documents as soon as you become qualified. Responsibility and Compliance

By making a declaration, you accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to produce the correct documentation will result in your account being restricted from purchasing Minnieco Limited professional products in the future.

GDPR: All documentation uploaded as proof of professional qualification will be stored securely and processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Appropriate measures will be applied to protect your personal data and ensure it is used solely for verifying your eligibility to purchase and use our professional products. Minnieco Ltd is registered with the ICO in the UK.

Professional Assurance and Limitation of Liability

Minnieco Limited takes all reasonable steps to ensure that its professional products are sold exclusively to trained and qualified nail technicians. Our procedures include, but are not limited to, verifying declarations of professional training and requiring proof of qualification or insurance. Despite these measures, Minnieco Limited cannot oversee or control how products are used once they have been purchased.

By purchasing Minnieco Limited products, you acknowledge and accept that you bear sole responsibility for the correct and professional application of these products to clients' nails. Minnieco Limited expressly disclaims any liability for the manner in which products are applied or any consequences arising from improper or unqualified use. By completing a purchase, you accept full responsibility for the safe and appropriate application of all products to clients.
