We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Minnieco. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Request a Return To start a return, please contact us at amy@minnieco.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed either back to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items The following are non-returnable:
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Training courses and course materials once accessed
- Gift cards
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
