Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the UK only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days from dispatch. Please note delivery times may vary during busy periods or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

• Orders over £150 — FREE standard delivery
• Orders under £150 — shipping cost calculated at checkout

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Missing or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at amy@minnieco.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
