Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the UK only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes Next day delivery orders must be processed before 2pm the prior day to ensure the orders are processed in time for next day delivery. Please note delivery times may vary during busy periods or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

• Orders over £40— FREE 'Next Day' shipping.
• Orders under £40 — shipping cost £4.95 Next Day Delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your DPD 'Next Day' tracking details so you can follow your delivery. 

Missing or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at help@minnieco.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.

Please note: we do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom.
